A New View on Cardboard
Farm Design is a group of 4 young designers from the UK. Inhabitat, a blog dedicated to sustainable design, has a great post about one of the groups member, Giles Miller. Miller has invented this a technique he calls fluting. Using corrugated cardboard, he alternated the angles in order to create patterns on surface. He’s designed lamps, laptop cases and furniture (such as the table, above). It’s truly original and more durable than you might think. Good inspiration.
