Chair of the Day
Industrial designer, Konstantin Grcic, initially created this chair entitled Chair One for outdoor use. Hence the concrete base. This is a beautiful piece, even if it does kind of need a cushion. The chair looks best with the base shown above, but also comes in a 4-legged model. I’ve used these for an informal meeting room and the client was crazy for them (in a good way). I’d love see these in the meeting room. I bet they made it look great! What an neat base and interesting that it doesn’t look as good with four legs!
