Chair of the Day: Fritz Hansen
PK8, was designed Poul Kj?¶rholm in 1978. Until this year it never made it past the prototype phase in Hanne Kj?¶rholm’s home. The beautiful, organic shell is known from PK9 ‚Äì the 3-legged aluminium base, however, is unique. The seat shell is a dyed, hard plastic with a lacquer coating. PK8 comes in black, white, grey and red. Each chair is provided with a unique number engraved in the base. It’s manufactured by Fritz Hansen and available at Hive Modern.
