Day Off Today
Today, in the United States, it’s Labor Day, a national day off, celebrated by cooking things on charcoal, and wondering how the summer could have gone by so quickly. (It’s also a good excuse for a sale, as you’ll find at retail establishments across the country.) In honor of the workers who’ve fought for our right to sit, save, and shop, I’m taking a day off.
