FLOR Hits the Target
FLOR, the modular carpet tile retailer announced today that they’re selling “rugs in a box” at Target. You can buy them online! So why bother with their own fabulous site? Oh, I get it! More people shop at Target. So they’ll see the carpets, notice that FLOR has their own site and zip on over to where the cool carpets live.
Don’t get me wrong. I love both Target and FLOR, so this is not a criticism. This is me marveling at how fast the internet has changed marketing. Why bother advertising? This is a much more efficient way to get the word out to hipsters like you!
The Target “rugs” are comprised of 6 tiles which sell for $59.99. That’s about the lowest price for FLOR tiles, but the Target tiles aren’t as cool FLOR’s.
