Great Find from At Home with Kim Vallee
Kim Vallee, who hails from Montreal, Canada, writes a great entertainment blog. She wrote a couple of posts about expandable flower vases that I think are really cool. Go here to read her post and check out her blog.

The cool item I read about are expandable vases made by Israeli company, Vazu. The vases are packed flat. You add flowers and water and they expand to create an instant vase. They’re not very expensive either. So, as Kim suggests, instead of bringing a bottle of wine as a hostess gift, bring a beautiful vase of flowers!
Fortunately, I live in Detroit – only a stone’s throw from Canada. That’s important because they’re not sold in the US. But keep your fingers crossed. It seems that Vazu is working on selling from their own site.

Come visit http://www.jillable.com for flat plastic vases. They are reuseable, as well as green (made of PET3).

They are sold in north america (at lease in Montreal, Canada by Adama Design (www.adamadesign.ca).
