Gretchen Bellinger Fabrics

Here is a fantastic fabric from textile designer and innovator, Gretchen Bellinger. It’s called Dusted with Flowers (best fabric names ever in this line) and is made of layered vinyl with dyed dried flowers sprinkled throughout. It’s heavy enough to use for upholstery, place mats – lots of uses here. It comes in three colorways. Gretchen Bellinger fabrics is available to the trade.

Gretchen Bellinger has been designing textiles for over 30 years (and attended Cranbrook here in Michigan). Her fabrics are subtle, refined and distinctive. They’re like taking a bath in pure luxury with a splash of fun mixed in. Quoting from her site, “It’s this level of personality – often daring, sometimes whimsical -that best encapsulates the Bellinger style. It questions the way we live, who we are, and what we aspire to be. It’s a philosophy that continues to drive Bellinger and her much-lauded firm, keeping her firmly at the cutting edge after three decades… and many more to come.”
