Kenneth Wingard Leaves Us Hanging

Here’s a great online shop with well designed home accessories. Check out Kenneth Wingard. Last year I started thinking, “mobiles, they’re coming back!” And here’s the proof. These colorful, steel “Mobileos” are just one of several designs. Wingard says Calder, Galileo, Jupiter and drop earrings went into the inspiration for these. I wish they had a more 3-dimensional aspect to them, but they’d make brilliant room dividers or (if hung close together) wind chimes. The site doesn’t say how long each strand is (kind of important!), but they’re $40 each. Wingard also sells a line of lamps, and wall art. I like the wall art a lot.
