Shine On Shine Home

Today marks the beginning of Lighting Week here at Design Hole. We’re off to a slow, but great start with our first look-see at interesting lighting from around the world. For those who miss old-fashioned Hollywood Glamour, visit Shine Home, the brainchild of Susan Ortiz. As her site says:

A multi-faceted artist, she has worked in several artistic mediums to express her creative vision, including sculpture, painting, photography, poetry, filmmaking and interior design.

Doesn’t she sound like a real California Girl? I featured her lamps when I first started this blog. I think they’re really fun. She also has some furnishings, but her lamps shine the brightest.

Tomorrow I’ll try to get out of the office long enough to get Lighting Week sparkling.
