Ten Cheap (But Good) Throw Blankets
It’s “Get it on the Cheap Week.” Today’s subject is throw blankets. They look great folded at the end of a bed, over the back of a love seat, or (best of all) wrapped around you and your significant other. Here’s what I found, starting with three amazing finds from Sierra Trading Post.
This throw, is made by Johnstons of Elgin. It’s lambswool and comes in six different colors.
The price is a mere $49.95.
I really like this wool herringbone throw from Sierra Trading Post.It comes in red! It also comes in a bunch of others colors and is priced at $49.95.
Another throw from Sierra Trading Post is this stylish cashmere
windowpane throw for only $59.95. As IKEA used to say, “Impossible Price!”
Himalayan cashmere throws (woven by the local Yetis) from Overstock.com.Price? Less than a sweater at $109.99
Also from Overstock.com and Himalaya,
cashmere throws in 12 colors for $129.99
These hand-knitted throws, $79.99, are from Linens N’ Things.
(I guess they saved money on the sign by leaving out the A and D.)
The Bexley Throw, $49.95, is from Crate & Barrel.
It’s acrylic, which is why it’s so cheap. But the colors are nice.
I like this one from Pottery Barn. It’s on sale for $59.00 (originally $79.00).The throw is made from a combination of bamboo fibers and cotton.
Bamboo fibers are also known as rayon, but bamboo is so much more eco-friendly.
Here’s a bargain that can’t be beat. Lambswool throws for $39.99.
They’re from Smart Bargains.
Another great find from Smart Bargains. This cashmere throw is $99.99.
Why do sweaters cost so much more? These would make great gifts.
Too bad my relatives read my blog.
