Chair of the Day: Zanotta

I was organizing my photos yesterday and came across this lovely work of art from last Spring’s Salone. I guess Zanotta came to their senses and didn’t put this into production. I couldn’t find it on their website, which isn’t saying much. Their website was so strange I felt like I was driving through Rome during rush hour (dahling).

How are you supposed to sit on this? Really – think about it. This is just plain silly and makes me want to cry. There are so many talented designers out there looking for work. How could a company waste their time on something like this? They obviously thought it worthy of display at the world’s foremost design fair. Jeeez.
