Design Dilemma: Oops, Sorry!

I was all set to work on a design dilemma for a reader when, oops! Her email with all the info disappeared. My apologies to the couple who wanted help with some paint choices in their home. This is the home with the beams on the ceiling. Please send them again and I’ll put you first in line.
