Didn’t They Watch Chucky?

New York’s ?ºber-hip home store, Moss, just received a shipment of these Chaquira doll heads – just in time for Christmas. One question. Does it bite?

I am not a Philistine! I did take several art history classes in college, after all. And while I can appreciate the artistry and cultural significance of this beaded, Mexican doll head, it’s just plain scary. I don’t think I’d risk a trip to the kitchen for that last chocolate chip cookie if there was the possibility that this could be lurking somewhere it shouldn’t. And putting a lock on the knives is such a bother.

Is it just me?
