Judy Ross Textiles
I love the fresh, bright colors in the new textile designs from Judy Ross. If you haven’t seen her work, Judy designs include pillows, rugs, bedcovers and placemats. Aside from the rugs, everything is hand-embroidered using wool threads from New Zealand.
Her new designs for this year include Duet, an 18″ pillow that comes in six colorways. I like the yellow and violet.
Swim, a new bedcover, is awesome. I like the asymmetrical design – something you don’t see too often. I’m currently working on a bedroom for a client and have discovered how difficult it is to find really unique quilts. These are keepers.
Who wouldn’t love one of these Clover runners? They’re so fresh and bright. One of the best things about being a designer is that when I fall in love with something I can usually find it a happy home. If not in my own house, then someone else’s. These rugs are great. Who wants one?
