Reisenthel Bike Basket
I have to buy this bike basket. I love a basket on my bike, even though Arthur tells me it’s dorky. Well, I proudly accept my dorkdom. Bring on the Reisenthel Bike Basket!

You can purchase this directly from their site. They accept credit cards and ship overseas. You pay a little extra for the shipping, but it’s worth it, in my humble opinion.
You’ll be the first on your block to own one!

I brought one of these home from Europe last summer for my new Breezer bike. The handelbar attachment was easy to install, but if you put heavy things into the basket, the whole thing sags downward (and interferes with the front bicycle light on my breezer). So I put some adhensive sandpaper on both the handlebar and the inside of the attachment device, to increase friction and reduce sag. It works pretty well now, though I still put heavy things in my back basket and save my Reisenthel basket for light stuff. I love it, and I’ve gotten lots of comments about it here in bicycle-oriented Davis, CA.
Now I am looking for to buy two more for my daughters.

I have been looking for this basket everywhere–it is so cool? Did you buy it in the U.S.? If so could you tell me where? Thank you.
