8 Great Dining Tables
Whether your dining table is in the dining room, family room, or kitchen, these 8 great dining options will make sitting down to eat an even greater pleasure.
1. Autobahn’s Scrub Table
For some reason this table reminds me of deer. Nevertheless, it’s called Scrub and was designed by Autobahn for De La Espada. It’s available in walnut and white oak.
2. Saarinen’s Tulip Table
This is a modern classic. Saarinen’s Tulip table (and matching chairs) fits with any style. Round tables like this make for great conversations. It’s manufactured by Knoll.
3.  Gannet Table from Farmhouse Collection
Things aren’t all modern on the dining front. Farmhouse Collection offers this lovely rustic table and can be extended to seat all the farmhands.
4. E15′s Bigfoot

misterarthur and I love E15′s Bigfoot table. We’ve drooled over it at Mezzanine. Sigh. We must have company because it’s now being knocked off everywhere.
5. Property’s Salon
Here’s a table idea for me. I have such a table that’s really not my thing. But if I coat it in this rainproof plastic, it might just hit the mark. Salon comes in lots of colors.
6. Baker’s Round Table
I love the carved look of this round table from Baker. It comes in light oak.
7. Interieurs’ Arche

This table is beautiful in its simplicity. The Arche table, is from the coolest shop in Tribeca, Interieurs. You can go anywhere you want with the chairs.
8. Property’s Givonne Glass

Romano Saccani designed this splendid Givonne Glass table for Property. Love it! The legs are available in a variety of finishes. I love the bold mass of the legs combined with the delicacy of the tempered glass top. Top marks.
Got a favorite of your own? Let’s hear about it. Oh, and does anyone eat in their dining room every night? I grew up that way, but we’ve slid horribly down hill. You?

The Givonne is sort of a knock off of Zanotta’s Dorian table which is much more substantial and, in my opinion, more beautiful (but I’m bias, as we own one).

I’m lovin the glass table w/ the sexy legs. The purple table is really fun….not so sure I could live with it. Although in a lush green garden…w/ blue margaritas….who knows.

Thanks for the info on the knock-off. I’ll take a look at Zanotta’s.

Stunning dining tables thats for sure. It looks like glass dining tables are becoming more popular recently. I wonder if this is because of the crazy prices for buying hardwoods now?

I like (as you know) E15′s BIgfoot. I also know which table of ours you’d like dipped in latex.
