8 Great Occasional Tables
Occasional tables are wonderful things. They’re the sprinkles on a cupcake, the period on a sentence, the final touch on a beautiful room. Here are eight eclectic options.
From McGuire, their Bracelet Drum Table is made of handcast brass and was designed by Barbara Barry ($3,095).
On the other end of the price spectrum is IKEA’s Lindved table ($19.99). Dress it up or down. It can live comfortably just about anywhere.
A little touch of Paris. Grange’s Ermitage table comes in lots of colors and wood finishes ( $1,500).
This side sophisticated number, James Table ($2,800) from Holly Hunt, reminds me of one in my fave interior design movie, The Holiday.
In the mood for something contemporary? Try Emeco’s Aluminum Side Table (starts at $300). It comes in 3 heights and several finishes.
Crate & Barrel offers the perfect little number. Their Clairemont Table is finished in antiqued bronze ($249)
If red is not your thing, Autobahn, built by De La Espada, offers their Pumpkin Table in a variety of finishes.
Last, but not least, any one of Tom Dixon‘s Spot Tables are, well, spot on. The base is cast iron, topped with a colorful, enamel top. You can find them at YLiving ($595).
I think my favorite, though it’s really hard to choose, is the French table from Grange. Tom Dixon’s Spot comes in close at number two. Which one would you take home?
