Chair of the day: A beat up bench

I like beat up furniture – especially in the garden. You don’t have to paint it. Just let it age. Or, paint it once and then let it age.

I hope everyone has a wonderful and relaxing weekend. Don’t paint the garden furniture. Just sit on it, soak up some sun, drink a fruity drink and read a good book. I recommend Christopher Buckley’s memoir of his parents, Losing Mum and Pup.
