Chair of the Day: Oops Nominee Cipria Sofa
This year’s nominees for the 2009 Oops awards for bad design have been announced. Among them is Fernando and Humberto Campana’s Cipria Sofa designed for Edra. 
It looks like something I might find in the back my refrigerator. But, I must admit that it looks a little fluffier in this photo from Edra’s site. Sadly, not fluffy enough.

It’s so bad you can’t help but laugh. There are ways to add fuzzy decor into the living room to make it look amazing. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Reminds me of pink house insulation vs those cotton wool balls you use to wipe your mascara off with!

Absolutely! I thought of that, too. Let’s hope it looks better in real life, but I don’t think so.
too funny! i can totally see this on top of my very old cottage cheese…
but how fun, right? love the candy-colors and over-the-top furriness.
