Chair of the Day: Crypton Doodle
My dog, Jack, is the cutest Border Terrier in the land. The poor guy is feeling under the weather, which is why this post is so late. But he’s on the road to recovery.
I wish he had a cute dog bed like this Crypton Doodle ($99 - $130) from Design Public. It’s made with a fabric called Crypton. This specialized textile was designed with nursing homes in mind. It repels all kinds of fluids. Since little Jackie doesn’t have this cute bed, he’ll have to sleep on the bed with me. Okay?
Dog Beds
It’s funny, but I’ve had several requests to write about dog beds. A friend told me she had a really hard time finding one that wasn’t tacky. One of my clients asked me to find something for her dog that would match the bedroom I designed for her. So, here we go with a few other nicer Dog Respite Centers I’ve found out there.

Starting at the top left, and moving clockwise, here are my sources: Hepper Wave Bed ($85) from Design Public; William Wegman ($125) at The Diva Dog; Fat Boy Bed ($99-$132) at Design Public; Hydrant Bed ($85) from Tails by the Lake; Bella Bed ($85 - $216) and Cat Cave ($400) both from Greener Grass Design; Calfskin Haute Pooch ($142) from Barkslope; and in the center, Choco-Dot ($79) from Trixie & Peanut.
