Design Hole Giveaway: Infusion Organique Scent Diffuser
I’ve spent a couple of weeks test driving a scent diffuser from Infusion Organique. I’m keeping it! So they generously gave me an extra to give away this week. Before I get to the giveaway info, here’s my take on scented homes.
Truthfully, I wasn’t an enthusiast of scented rooms until a couple of years ago. Up until then all I knew about this sort of thing were products designed to cover up some bad smell in someone’s home. Eeeeewwww! Whatever it is, if it smells that bad, clean it! Ick. Then, a friend got me thinking beyond the occasional scented candle by the bed… Read More…
Top 8 Scent Diffusers
I’ve become a fan of diffusers. Candles can cloud the air, while diffusers are clean. They’re also beautiful and look great in a powder room, or on a kitchen counter.
Here are eight great styles
1. Alora Ambiance
Alora’s scents are splendid and the diffuser is nice. They feature a cloth label from the designer or company who created the scent. And there are a wide variety of scents to choose from. My only complaint is that I don’t like labels. You can’t peel these off. The 16 oz. diffusers last for 4 -6 months and sell for $80.00. If you live in Detroit, you can find them at Barney’s Co-Op. They sell an 8 oz size for $58.00.
2. Manhattan Diffusion

I like these diffusers from, Manhattan Diffusion, a lot. They’re glass and come in several sizes and shapes. The largest, Classic” size (500 ml) sells for $48.00. They sell a mini for $14.00.
3.  K Hall Designs

The scents from K Hall Designs are really the thing here. They’re very sophisticated and use high quality ingredients. They have a label, but I like the style. If the diffuser is set among some other tabletop items, I think it won’t look so much like a product. You can buy these locally at Scout, in Royal Oak.
4. Votivo

What’s not to like here? I ask you! Votivo’s diffuser is the loveliest ($50.00). They’re famous for their red current scent.
